Minimum Order

$750.00 minimum opening order. $250 minimum for reorders.

Minimum Orders by Category

Pillows - 2 pillows per style
Bedding - 2 shams/boudoir per style
Drapery - 2 panels per style
Throws - 1 per style
Fabric by the yard - minimum 5 yard order

Ordering

To place a wholesale/trade order you must be a retailer or designer with a resale number/certificate. You may order online at www.shop.cococozy.com. You may also email cococozy@cococozy.com to place an order.

Pricing

Authorized retailers will get wholesale pricing. Trade clients (designers, architects etc.) will receive 20% off the suggested retail price. Pricing is subject to change.

Method of Payment

-Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover will be obtained for payment at time of order
-No Net accounts
-No COD

Shipment

Allow 6-8 weeks for order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to customer's order total

Order Cancellation

Due to bespoke production, orders are final. No order cancellation.

Returns

Only returns of defective merchandise will be accepted within 5 business days of receipt of order. Prior authorization for returns must be obtained by emailing COCOCOZY Returns at cococozy@cococozy.com. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Merchandise held for more than 15 days after receipt is not returnable.

Nature of Products

Products are custom made. Pillows are handmade and hand screen printed. Due to the nature of production, each product may vary slightly in color, shape or construction...these are not defective products. Due to the use of hand screen printing process, minor bleeding in color may occur...these printing irregularities are not considered defects.

Back Orders

We will do our best to fulfill all orders but there may be circumstances that require us to cancel a particular item or order.
