COCOCOZY SHIPPING & RETURNS
COCOCOZY orders will include additional shipping and handling fees that will be added to your order total.
Most items are shipped within 7 business days from time of order. (Please allow however up to 2-10 weeks for delivery of some items. We will notify you an estimated shipping time if the item is shipping outside of the 7 business day shipping window)
Orders will be shipped ground unless otherwise requested. If other shipping methods are requested, additional shipping charges will apply.
COCOCOZY will exchange or refund orders within 7 (seven) business days of receipt. If merchandise does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a full refund or exchanged only if returned within 7 (seven) business days of the date of receipt and in accordance with the following requirements. You must notify COCOCOZY before attempting a return – unsolicited returns will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. Initial shipping costs will be subtracted from refund total. Return shipping costs are buyers responsibility.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original COCOCOZY sales receipt. Used merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 (business) days of the delivery of your purchase. Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location.
All purchases of sales items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items.
Return for Refund
If you return merchandise for a refund within 7 (seven) business days of delivery, the refund will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. Please allow up to two weeks from the date on which your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited.
Return for Exchange
If you return merchandise for exchange within 7 (seven) business days of delivery, you may make an exchange for the same item (if the original was defective), or for different item(s) of equal or lesser value available on this site. Restocking fee will apply on exchanges.
Address to use for Returns
Please return merchandise to us at the address below through a delivery service that providesa tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS registered mail). Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. We do not accept returns via COD.

All printed textiles have irregularities in the printing. These irregularities are not considered defective�they are the nature of the product.
Vintage items may or may not be refurbished. Vintage items have signs of being lighlty used if they have not been refurbished.
Please also note that we reserve the right to alter minor details of the products featured on this site and in other informational materials we provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials.
Products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products, so you may expect that there will be minor distinctions that will make your purchase unique.
If a California resident, local sales tax will be added to your order total. International customers, tariffs and custom fees will also be applied.
